Arguably the best roaster in town and are definitely taking the wheel for equal pay in the chain of coffee producing. Lovely baked goods from vendors and an incredible food program. Come through, get delicious things, and be ready for the next time you come.
Sweet aesthetic. I mean can you really go wrong with a basically life sized andre the giant painting greeting you as you enter? No, no you can't. Awesome staff like Kirsten and Emily make delicious drinks, that are arguably a work of art everytime. Try one of their recommendations and you'll keep coming back
Guilder is truly the cream of the crop when it comes to hitting all the marks that are important to me. Outstanding staff who are genuine and kind. Every drink is perfectly executed. As a company, they are doing the work to be transparent and ethical about sourcing their green coffee, and then roasting it beautifully. The food menu is wonderful and accommodates a range of dietary preferences quite gracefully. And the space itself is as gorgeous as it is comfortable. I’m grateful to live close by, but I’d drive across town for this, too!
Good customer service but the bowl wasn’t fresh. The rice was hard and cold, the egg was over cooked. I paid 14 dollars for a “take out item I could have gotten hot at Whole Foods for half that price.
Consistently well-pulled espresso, super nice people, safe covid practices. Love it.
