Visited from out of town on 10/18/2020. Arrived to a line, and had a 15-minute wait, but that's to be expected on a Sunday morning. Once inside and seated, server was by quickly despite the crowded restaurant to get our order. Food came out surprisingly quickly, and I was very happy with the Custard French Toast! The generous portion of bacon was great, and the egg was pretty well-cooked as well. Our server was very nice (unfortunately didn't get his name) and offered to get me a drink to go since he didn't have the chance to top me off. On the whole, it seems like a great local institution with awesome food, well worth the wait even during the busy times.

Food is slow but good. Soup was slow in coming. Service was a little short of attentive.

What an awesome place! Cool atmosphere and the food is amazing. Espresso drinks are really good but if you like foam tell them to make them extra foamy. Food came out super fast. Definitely going to throw this into the rotation for our breakfast on the weekends. Can’t wait to come back.nnTry the French toast that has the hazelnuts...it’s out of this world. Cadillac potatoes are amazing...don’t salt them, try them first.

I Love The Cadillac Cafe and normally everything is pretty close to being perfect. Unfortunately this time was an average experience. Our original Waiter for whatever reason never served us, so Nancy who I give 5 stars, ending up serving us while continuing with her regular tables also. Long story short: I had steak and eggs, my eggs were great, my steak was too salty and my breakfast potatoes were over seasoned.

I visited the Cadillac Cafe for breakfast with my family early on a Sunday. They were open for dine-in, so we were grateful. All staff wore masks, and disinfected frequently. Our server, Andrew, was phenomenal! Very kind, polite, and attentive. The food was also wonderful. I will definitely be taking the extra time to stop here next time I'm visiting Portland!
