I got my hair braided by Anita about almost 2 weeks ago. This my first time are this shop and I’ve been getting my hair braided for over a decade. She didn’t braid my hair too tight and braided the exact width (medium micros and NOT very small). She also was empathetic with my scalp condition and we had a great conversation about her mom and my dad transitioning to heaven. The only criticism is that she didn’t start braiding my hair at the appointed time but she was very fast so it all evened out. I will definitely be back!
I made an appointment with Anita and when I got there she was not there so someone else did my hair. Mind you Anita never even showed up. I was not happy with the outcome. I got crochets and they are coming out and she put too much in my hair. On top of that she braided my hair too tight and I got a braid that came up with my hair coming out. Mind you I got my hair done on yesterday and I texted about it this morning their the text was read and no response. No I will not be going back there nor will I be recommending them to anyone. A very unsatisfying first time customer.
