Shanti Wellness is by far the best yoga studio I’ve ever been to. The environment is so clean & calming and the community of people are so beautiful. Fran gave me one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. She asked me what my preferences were prior to starting. My massage was individualized to my generalized problem areas. I felt very relaxed afterwards. She is very experienced offering many different techniques. I would highly recommend her.

Of all my experiences at Yoga Studios, Shanti Wellness Studio, and their team of professionals there have been the best. In your first week, you'll find yourself fully immersed in the love, peacefulness, and sense of belonging that surrounds the studio. You're part a special yogi family. The owners are a husband and wife duo who both teach. They are patient, compassionate, helpful, and incredibly encouraging. The other Yogis who teach classes throughout the week are also phenomenal and unique and strive to create their individual experiences in class. The studio is maintaining professional and high standards of safety during COVID by mandating masks in the lobby, social distancing placing of mats, and meticulous cleaning of the entire facilities.
