Region Strength Fitness

I started with Region Strength Fitness in February 2017. This was the first gym I’ve ever been a part of and I absolutely love every aspect of it. The classes are small and the coaches are fully engaged and extremely knowledgeable. The community at Region is very supportive. I recommend Region Strength Fitness to anyone beginning their fitness journey all the way to anyone looking for a great gym community to continue their fitness journey!

My trainer keeps me motivated. The workouts are not easy, but the time flies. The hydromassage therapy chairs are well worth the price of membership.

Have worked with Drew for about a month. Good info and knowledge. Based my training around hectic travel and work schedule. Addresses client needs / wants while keeping safe, healthy and injury free.

As a Doctor who deals with athletes and all types of sports injuries, biomechanics, good form and injury prevention are always at the forefront of my mind. The same can be said for the trainers and staff at Region Strength. They focus on making you functionally stronger without sacrificing quality. If you are looking to get strong in a high quality environment, then this is the place for you!

Had a great workout here!! My new place to go now. Staff is friendly, easy to talk to, fun to be around and always there to help you out! Clean environment and facilities. If you are looking for something new and fun then I would definitely recommend checking this place out!
