They have really good food across the board with large portions and great service and good prices!!!

they recently updated the gym during the spring semester. So they have a lot of new equipment, the atmosphere in the gym is very chill very relaxed. It’s a great place to work out and it’s never crowded so a lot of the cardio machines are always open .

Great place to condition your self, staff are ready to assist you with your goal to better health too! Beautiful environment!

This gym is an amazing place to work out. The most amazing staff and the most friendly of faces. A great place for beginners who's there first time working and a staff to assist with any questions. PNW Fitness Center offers classes for Silver Sneaker Members. As well as Zumba and a fantastic Abs & Core class that will sure get you to sweat.
