Jeff was very professional at all times. He explained to me what the alignment would entail. He also told me the price would depend on what all he had to do to align the wheels properly. I picked up my car about an hour or so later. The charge was minimal-because the work he had to do was minimal. Many other places charge a flat rate. I know because I called around, but Jeff was the only mechanic who took the time to explain the process involved with aligning the front wheels. Excellent job. Will be taking my car there for any mechanical issues in the future when in town.
I scheduled an appointment with Jeff Hoekstra for Wednesday 4/22/20 at 8am. I got there a little early and as soon as Jeff got there he took care of me. He made the repairs and the charge was extremely reasonable. Jeff even fixed the squeaky brake in the front tire that I've had for a year now...no charge. Jeff is such a nice person to talk to and this is my car repair shop for life. I have been telling everyone I know, if you need a repair, contact Jeff. Great person to talk to and the most amazing attitude towards everyone. I'm telling you too...I highly recommend Hoekstra Alignment Services for car repairs.
There's no shop that can do a better job this shop they don't cut corners its eather done the right way or they will not take the job,it's not about the money its about there name on any job.
