Great i didn't know they got cookies!
My opinion had gotten better about this location for a brief bit in the last year. But as of late every order has an issue. They are always running out of ingredients or whole pizzas. This last order, which will be the last from this location, the pizzas were not in the portal in the correct spot and the person working the front couldn't be bothered to look for it. So when the husband came home without I went back and they were in the portal in the wrong location. So an unnecessary second trip if they'd had looked for the order instead of claiming we didn't place one. The two times before our orders had missing toppings or we got different crust than we ordered. So nope.. done with these people. Worst location you're better off ordering somewhere else. Not worth the aggravation at any price.
So....zero stars. Ordered and paid online. Store is supposed to open at 11am. Got there at 11:30am and store is closed and no workers are even there. I had to call Corporate since they already charged my account for my order so I can get refunded.nI guess my 1 Star I HAD to give on this review can go to the nice lady I spoke with at corporate, who was very kind and apologetic ( even though it was not her fault) otherwise ZERO STARS for this location.
This place sells partially cooked chicken wing pieces, and the manager, Brittany, tried to justify it as 'that's the way it comes.' CHICKEN MUST BE THOROUGHLY COOKED, OTHERWISE IT WILL MAKE YOU ILL!!!
No stars. Waited an extra 20 minutes for a portal order for them to tell me it wasn’t even started yet. The workers did more dancing than working. I won’t ever give this place my business again.
