Every year I bring purchased items back for return. I have a wife and 4 boys, also multiple animals so we are constantly in and out of there. Walmart probably gets close to 80% of our income lol. For the most part portage is pretty good but I have had a few incidents over the years.... anyways today I was completely shut down trying to return one item. I did not have a receipt but I have never had a problem not having one any other time. Karen wasn't gonna help me so I asked for the names and supervisors info so she scribbled something barely legible so I asked again and she ignored me and called for the supervisor. Now I work in customer service and I know that's not how you talk to and treat a customer no matter the circumstances. That's what you get a pay check for is to help me at the moment that I waited in line for instead of brushing me off. I would like to know why I all of a sudden was told I cant return a purchased item without a receipt?

Upon entering the store, could not believe how long the lines were at the checkout...I thought to myself that this was going to take forever....I had a few things to purchase and only took about 10 minutes too to place them in the cart...so I proceeded to the checkout lanes figuring that I would be there forever....Much to my surprise the lines were actually down considerably and just a few waiting....then to my surprise the manager opened up three more lanes and I was out the door in less than 25 minutes from the time thatI walked in the door until I walked out....Kudos Walmart for a great experience....

This is a great store.. Fair prices and good stock. Their employees are very helpful and the store is always kept clean. I always enjoy shopping there because I can find what I need. Thanks for being there when needed..in

I got new tires today and the staff back there is usually the same. They're always cool and polite. I had a 2.5 hour wait time but turned into a little over 1hr. Thanks guys!
