Found everything I needed..polite staff
I try to support my local businesses but I was in Poe and Sons today and there was two young women doing something with a stack of pants, just talking to each other about something. One of them acknowledged I was there and I grabbed a half dozen gloves and put them on the counter. After several minutes of waiting I left. I guess I will do my shopping at Blue Collar from now on.
I couldnt do a return without the owner or special employee being there. Its 2020, any employee (working alone) should be authorized to make a return. I shouldn't have to come back at a specific time on a specific day when they are open the whole day, every weekday. The young girl was very helpful when I bought the boots but needing to make a return has been painful.
Out standing Customer service!!!!! I love to support local businesses and if you do to this business is well worth the trip if you live far away are if you live close by please stop in and see for yourself. No fronts here just hard working people worth your time, and eager to help in any way.
