Jacket did not fit properly, they did have a jacket sent asap, thank goodness the wedding was the next day. No one ever called to remind tuxes were in or ready for pickup for the event. Might not be something you do, just a thought it would be nice. We had several issues with the entire bridal party and was just not a good experience for us.
Had a snag and miscommunication but one of the owners Tom took time out to call and talk to me personally. I don't think anything that could of been said the day of the snag would have turned out ok but nothing to do with the service but after talking with them we are completely satisfied at this time will update after the wedding. The customer service up to this point have been outstanding. Thank you guys
I had a great experience at Louie’s Tux shop! Missy & Jazlynn are very nice to deal with and know the product well. I was measured by Missy within minutes......and dressed by Jazlynn in seconds! Thank you ladies I appreciate it very much I will be back in the future.
