Chance was very easy to talk to and extremely helpful when it came to my small amount of knowledge about tires to steer me in the correct direction. The Tires I ordered where here very quickly and had no issues along the hole transaction. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would. I will definitely be coming back for all my wheel and tire needs.
Awesome job on the whole teams part. Dustin and Sebio were more than helpful as well as patient. Should be receiving tomorrow evening sometime. Amazing work with shipment team as well if I get them on time tomorrow I would have waited 9 days since I completed the purchase.
Offroad got my rims and tires out super fast. Road runner freight lost them so I got to work with Bailey directly and I can tell you she was on her game to get my rims and tires replaced even when the trucking company lied to them. Bailey was great in getting a new trucking company to pick them up and make sure I got. Anytime you get a chance ask for Bailey cause she will help however she can and very honest .
They were extremely professional and provided answers quickly. I changed my order mid process and they effectively handled it with no issues. Received on time and quick tracking info. Just all around good business!
Customer service is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. They lie to the customer to make them think they are resolving issues when they are not. I was told my order was wrapped on a pallet and ready to ship only to find out my order wasn’t even in stock. Then they acted like they were helping by giving me a discount only to find out it was another lie. I do not recommend using this company as they are a complete fraud!
