Sitting here waiting for my food that I ordered Curbside. It has been 10 minutes for a Bacon,Egg,Cheese biscuit and a coffee. Still nothing. I called and they had to look for the coffee to be able to brew. Overall it took 17 min. The manager(?) then couldn't find any complimentary meal cards but said he would write down my name. He was nice though
Location US 6 portage Indiana. This location does get five-star rating Good customer service clean store. Otherwise it's McDonald's what are you expecting. This location does go out of their way to keep the store clean seats countertops even the floors are kept fairly clean and you don't stick to them.
This is one of the best one that I've been to.. Service is way better.

20min in the drive thru... they take 5 cars on the outside lane to 1 car on the inside lane.. so much for fast food...
