A while ago, I stopped going to this location numerous times a day (for my caffeine fix.) I started passing up this location closest to my home due to quality. I returned about two months ago and stayed because of notable improvements. Yesterday, my daughter's cheeseburger was burnt on one side along w/my double. My medium fry was partially full. There were no napkins in the bag or box and were red drink splatters on the outside of my cup. However, the drive-thru is the fastest I've ever experienced at this location.nFrom the age of 14 through my early 20's I've worked in the restaurant industry and drive-thru time shouldn't compensate quality. I understand corporate setting time standards, however, quality is obligatory. What's the point of having locations to park drive-thru vehicles if they're not being utilized? I hope this location can find the balance it desperately needs.

They are friendly and give great customer service everytime I go there. They are orderly and fast. They their best to keep the food fresh that is ordered. I try to always go to this Mcdonald's verses the others that's near. Keep up the good work!

The manager Sal took my order at the drive through and he kept interrupting me when I was placing my order. For instance I ordered a Happy meal, the drink I wanted and was about to say with apple slices when he cut me off to ask. I told him what I wanted after he spoke. Then he quickly asked if that’s all. I told him No. since he likes to talk over ppl as he did the entire order I told him to give me a second. He interrupted me several times during my order as if it was lunch rush. It was 9pm and only one car infront of me. When I pulled up to pay, I asked the cashier (who was not the person taking my order) who took my order. She told me his name. When I pulled up to pick up my order he practically tossed it at me. No eye contact, no greeting and no bye. What was his rush? Why was he cutting me off while being rude?
