I have a 9 year old son so we order from this location often. I've never had a negative experience, friendly staff, pizza is always ready on time and the pizza is exactly what's expected from Pizza Hut. It's freaking good for chain pizza, the points really add up, we get free pizza and appetizers often!
Good delivery driver but that was about it. Pizza came cold, barely any sauce and wings were basically thrown in a container with barely any wing sauce on them. We sent it back and they basically did the same thing for the second order not taking any account of what we said except the pizza was a little warmer. This was just my last experience. One time i ordered a pizza that also had barely any sauce and the toppings where all shifted to one side so i had 3 pieces that had a solid 4 inches of crust. I live like 2 minutes from this place but have decided to buy frozen pizzas from straks that actually cost more than you guys because its still a better value......Frozen pizza's are better quality than your restaurant right now. Its a shame cause i always liked getting pizza hut in lowell and crown point.
I have not ordered from them in a while. When I ordered tonight I probably had the best pizza I have had in a while. Who ever is the cook tonight, you best keep them and give them some good hours because it was perfectly made to the point I felt like I was eating the pizza off your commerical which we know how fake those are these days. Thank you and keep up the good work and I will keep ordering!!
