They keep charging me even though I'm not using the membership. I have tried reaching out multiple times and their customer service is atrocious. I'm going to attempt to physically go in the gym and work this out, but it really should not have to go that far. Seems like they just love stealing my money without me using their services. I have not been to this gym in 2 years! Extremely flustered and disappointed.

They kept charging me monthly dues long after I ended. Attempts to reach manager were unsuccessful. Had to go to bank to put stop on account and file fraud claim.

This gyms customer service is terrible. I moved out of town and could no longer travel the distance to use my membership any longer. I spoke with a couple different people to do whatever it takes to cancel my membership and they refuse to let me cancel. They keep charging me and sending me a bill and I’ve made it clear It very clear I can no longer use the gym!!! Very frustrated
