K & M Transmissions was great! All I needed was some air pressure in one of my tires, so the guys here graciously put air in my tire right away. I was in and out, and the service was great! I'd recommend this place!
Never used them. They quoted $2200 for a rebuilt transmission- to buy one and have it installed would be less than half the price. My car is worth $1500. I don't have anything bad to say about them- they were courteous on the phone. Its just my situation. I'd probably recommend them.
Towed my vehicle to their facility free of charge and work was completed promptly and less expensive than the dealership quote. The only think I didn't like was that they charged an additional credit card use surcharge. I didn't mind the charge per se but it was never quoted to me before they started work. When you are paying $3k for a repair, use of credit card should be expected and any surcharge should be quoted in advance.
Best place for service.
I do not believe their are enough adjectives in the dictionary to describe the amazing service that K&M Transmissions provides. I was in a real bound situation with my only vehicle causing me a major hassle and K&M Transmissions fixed me right up. I barely had enough time to stroll over to the adjacent retailers before I received the call that my car was complete. I am grateful that a company like them still exists cause tomorrow morning I will be arriving to work safe and on time all thanks to them. They are the best hands and feet down.
