Very rude and very unprofessional. They are incompetent and unable to help you in anyway. They will let your car sit for an unreasonable amount of time before even moving it into the shop to sit more. I wouldn't recommend bringing any vehicle here.

They fixed my Saturn that another place I went to said I should just junk it at 140,000 miles. But it just needed some new, expensive parts that were going bad since it is almost 13 years old. After they fixed it, I got it back and it is running better than it ever has. Like I said, expensive, but still cheaper than dropping 6-20 grand on a newer car. I am very pleased with their service.
