They did a great job rebuilding my transmission in my 98 Monte Carlo. I couldn't be happier. Car shifts amazing! They beat all the competition from the quote on the phone and held to that. They found another issue with the car called me and asked if I wanted to take care of it and even with that still over $500 better then the rebuild prices I was getting. Strongly recommend going here. Got the car done fast as well.
Had a transmission replaced by these guys 10 months ago and had zero problems! The people are very respectful and knowledgeable! Any questions I had they were able to answer. They also called me through the entire process to update me on how the progress was going. 10/10 hopefully won’t have to visit again but if I have to I’ll come back.
Rebuilt transmission on 2004 Freestar with 231,000 miles. Runs great now. Reasonable prices.
A+. Top notch service. Took time to explain what the problem was and even addressed that issue with the replacement(used) transmission after installation so the same failure will not occur again which is a common failure point on the model trans my car has. EXTREMELY SATISFIED. They gained another customer.
Had a transmission issue. Instead of telling me to come in and charge me $$. A gentleman that answered talked to me about what he thought the problem was. Sure enough he was right. Fixed car myself. That says a lot about how you will be treated there.
