Nice, quick and fair price
Called them to change cam sensor on 12.7 Detroit. The tec comes out and says no way we have to tow it to their shop because its behind the air compressor. Really you can't reach in there and change it? I have. Needless to say I call crossroads service. They came out and it was fixed in 20 minutes.. I know who I'm calling first next time. After writing this I decided to call the manager. He was great! Offered me a full refund. And is addressing the problem. Nice guy too
Took my truck there for a simple seal replacement. They took the axle out before telling me that they wouldn't have the seal until Monday. When I told them I couldn't wait until then they said they would come in on Saturday to do it, then they stopped answering phone calls. Very unprofessional.
