All was great with CertaPro Painters! Right from the beginning they followed up, and very importantly, kept their commitments. Dan arrived for the estimate and was friendly and on time. He said that he'd have the figures for us by the end of the day, and he did. We accepted his estimate without question as all was plain, evident, and summarized what we spoke of. ON the day of the job, Rob and Fernando arrived on time and immediately go to work. They, too, were friendly and kept us posted on the status, time needed, etc. They were clean and neat and checked and re-checked their work, inviting us to do the same. No issues were found and the walls look great. No reservations whatsoever in recommending CertaPro!
I used Legacy Paints, Inc who sub through CertaPro. Jay, Nate and Devin are they guys who did the work. I have to say (and I've had my house painted on the outside about 5 times) these guys did the BEST job I've ever had! Looks great! Luis and his team did EXCELLENT work on my exterior project! I can't stop looking at how beautiful it turned out! They were detailed and very clean with the prep work, caulk and paint. And they finished a lot faster than I expected. Luis was also very pleasant to talk to. Very professional company. I will definitely recommend CertaPro to anyone and I will call on them for future projects! Thank you CertaPro for doing such a perfect job and for saving me the time and energy from doing it myself. Juan Espinosa and his team did an amazing job of painting the entire house. The team was always on time, kind, courteous, and very professional. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with everything. They were always making sure that everything was prepped, painted, and clean. They were very professional. I would highly recommend Juan and his team to anyone that wants to have their home painted. We are so satisfied with the results and would be willing to share our comments to anyone.
