Midnight Blue Towing

Used this towing company today. Very pleased with them. The guy was very nice and quick. And the price was very reasonable. Thank you so much!

Never came! Stuck on the side of 65 with semi's speeding past. Called and was told someone was coming. 40 min later called for eta and told 20 more min. 40 min later called and went to voicemail and left message. 20 min later called and left voicemail. THEY HAD OUR NUMBER AND NEVER CALLED US!! Ended up calling another tow company that came in 20 min. Very poor service.

Tow operator damaged my vehicle during a simple flat bed transport a few miles. My vehicle had recorded exact time of damage occuring, along with a picture of my vehicle on the flat bed. Called 7x and emailed 2x. No response at all. Staff answering phone was pleasant but owner/manager never bothered to reply. Must happen all the time.

We called them around 1:30am. They showed up in about 30 min. Not very talkative at 2:00am.ud83dude34 But good service. No complaints.

We always use midnight blue. They do a great job. Very friendly drivers. Decent prices.
