Kristie is a true professional; she answered any questions I had via email prior to my service with thorough, easy to follow answers that I sincerely appreciated.nnShe completed my color correction providing meticulous service and my hair looks amazing. She even explained what will we do at my next service to continue working towards my hair goals as we are taking my hair from medium brown to a lighter, cool blonde.nnHer space is elegant and she provides thoughtful amenities during your service. Would recommend Kristie to my friends and family! She did my first real all-over color/baylayage and it was great! I will continue to go back to her for my hair cuts and colors! Her space is also really cute and comfortable.
I was very nervous and excited to get extensions as it is a very big investment and was unsure of having long hair. Kristie made me feel like a was in very safe hands and made sure my experience was very comfortable. She answered every question I had before I even scheduled an appointment with her for a consultation. Kristie is very big in educating you properly on how to care for your new hair before and after your install. She also follows up with you so you’re not left in the dark with 20 extra inches of hair that you have no clue how to style or deal with. I’m over the moon with my experience and my new hair.
Overall, let me just sum up my experience by saying it was wonderful and I left her salon ready to cry tears of joy. I had gone about 5 years without coloring my hair or doing anything new to it (not even a significant cut). Kristie helped me decide on a look and answered all my questions. She ended up giving me the bangs I had wanted for years, along with giving my hair some dimension. I left her salon with a pep in my step and a smile on my face! Now, everytime I pass a mirror I smile! It’s a wonderful feeling. Thank you so much for making me feel good about my hair again!
