F45 Training Crown Point

I have finally found a gym that I'm comfortable with! All the trainers are there to help you! Always greeted with a smile! I love telling people about F45! I've actually gotten people to join!! ud83dude0a So, if you have a hard time sticking to your own routine join a class atmosphere where there is no judgment from anyone!

F45 does a wonderful job of assisting everyone towards their health goals. The coaches share great enthusiasm and offer energy to push you through.nI recommend everyone to give it a try no matter what fitness level they are.

This location has the best work out and coaches in the area. The coaches motivate and push you and create a great work out and environment. I would recommend F45 to everyone.

Absolutely love F45! I always hated going to the gym until I started F45. It feels like working out with family. I have so much fun every morning it makes working out something I don't want to miss!

If you were looking for an HIIT or HIRT class, in the CP area, this is the place to go. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, the facility is easy to access, and the workouts are modular for all intensity levels.
