If there is one thing that has been lost in this business, is experience and knowledge. It has always been the mantra that you find the old guy in a parts store to speak with because more than likely you will get the knowledge needed to get the correct part and the associate will know what your working on. Unfortunately the narrative has changed from adequately staffing with knowledgeable people to filling the position with someone who can breath air and input information into a computer in hopes that you will get the right part to complete the repairs. That is unfortunate.

Clearly tried to up my ticket price by not even offering me the item I came for but could clearly see it was on hand when shown the screen.

Great service and great knowledge of the parts that they sell! Not to mention the options for tools to rent! Also high quality vehicle scanning for free! Definitely one of the best places to get advice and parts from!

Helpful staff they will also take used oil only if they are open...you cannot just leave it there.
