Jay came out and gave me a quote for 10 windows. The price was very good compared to a competitor. He came out to install the windows when he said he would. However, he mis-measured two of the windows. Ok. No problem, he said he would re-order the windows. Then, I didn't hear back from him for weeks and weeks. I left messages, and finally heard back from him. He said he had to come back out to re-measure again! Ok. He came over. Then, I didn't hear back for weeks again. Finally, he calls me and said he has the windows. He comes out and installed windows that were not the correct width so they aren't right. I am giving him 2 stars only because the first 8 windows were installed well. However, I have spent months on this and it's still not right.
