I have never been to an autozone quite like this one before. The staff are wonderful and this young laddie named Autumn was the very helpful with my 1999 GMC jimmy. I was surprised with how much she knew about cars and was even more knowledgeable then the men working there. She changed my battery in record time. I definitely would recommend asking her if you need any help with anything. She deserves a raise.
The Crown Point Autozone is the only auto part store I will shop at. It’s always so clean every time! The employees are always super knowledgeable about the products they sell. I LOVE THIS STORE!
If there is one thing that has been lost in this business, is experience and knowledge. It has always been the mantra that you find the old guy in a parts store to speak with because more than likely you will get the knowledge needed to get the correct part and the associate will know what your working on. Unfortunately the narrative has changed from adequately staffing with knowledgeable people to filling the position with someone who can breath air and input information into a computer in hopes that you will get the right part to complete the repairs. That is unfortunate.
The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve had any question answered with taking me exactly to the item I need. The store is always clean and everyone seems very nice!
