Best Pizza around!! I have to get a gluten-free crust and Faustino's is the BEST! It is thin, crispy, and delicious. AND I get sauce and toppings all the way to the edge! I can't stand it when there is a big crust ring on the edge, it's a treat for me to eat pizza, and I want all the goodies. Faustinos never disappoints!!

Found my favorite pizza place in Lowell! Quality toppings and the sauce is so good! The only reason I didn't do 5 stars is the price. We are new to NW IN and the pizza prices are insane in my opinion. Pizza here will probably become a special occasion.

Delivery came 1 hour later then they said it was supposed to arrive. When we called to ask, the staff didn't even apologize.nnStaff was very unfriendly about our pizza being cold, argumentative, and wouldn't re-deliver a warm pizza when they had 1.5 hours until closing left.nnBad customer service. These people were overly defensive during our polite call to explain that our food was cold. They acted like it was our fault and were very rude. Manager argued like hell.nnAlso...the driver dropped his whole TIL and tip money in my driveway. You better believe they made it back to pick that up though, after another call back.nnChoose a different place to get pizza.

We have been getting pizza here for a few years and use to recommend it but since they “reopened” it hasn’t been good. The cheese and crust edges of the pizza we got tonight was so burnt we couldn’t eat half of it! The cheese was so burnt it was shriveled up to nothing, I couldn’t believe they would give us a pizza like that. I ordered tonight because I was given a credit due to a mistake made with a deep dish pizza we got weeks ago. The manager I spoke to, told me to mention speaking with her when we order again and a credit will be given towards my order. She said I can’t give you the whole amount but will give you something. Well I was shocked tonight when they ONLY gave me a $7 credit tonight for a $30 + pizza order that was not what I ordered!! Now that’s terrible customer service and we will never order from here again. I will also make sure I share my experience with others so they don’t make the mistake of ordering from here!

I ordered a deep dish pizza and it was one of the best I have ever had. I WOULD totally recommend. And the lady who waited on me was super sweet. I will be back for more.
