food and everything was good. However i watched my food be prepared with bare hands. Grabbing toppings and everything, no gloves. Given everything going on i would have expected them to be more careful.
The Pizza Hut in Lowell Indiana was very clean. The employees were polite and attentive. We ordered food once that week. They told us it would take an hour and a half it was at our house in 45 minutes. Later that week we went there to eat and like I said it was very clean. Everybody had masks on and before Sodas got low they had a new one sitting at the table. I really don’t have anything bad to say about it.
I keep giving them chances but this location is just no good. Its very expensive compared to others in the area and for some reason can't my orders right. The last one they just didn't make. They had the order and everything just didn't even start it. Not again!
I ordered a medium pepperoni and mushroom pizza and a twelve bone in garliy and parmesan chicken wings f got it for take out. Got home and I open the container for the chicken wings and too my surprise there were only four mild wings. I called pizza hut and they told me they gave me someone else's wings. They told me I can drive all the way back there for my wings. Got there and they sorry it happens slot. They weren't even busy. I will never go back there for there bad service. I would give them no Stars if I could.
Lowell Pizza Hut has lost my family's business for good this time! We ordered a meatlovers and a sausage pizza. We received a cheese pizza and a sausage and pepperoni. Plus we tipped... The MANAGER told me if I want something different I have to take what's already made that's coming out the oven. I can't have my money refunded, I'll have to call corporate. The Manager said it's company policy.
