Great drop-off service if you don’t have a trailer to haul. Quality equipment. But very very short refund time-5 days. So know for sure what you need when you go. I purchased a trimmer mower to trim a ditch because it fit in the finance terms (I had to spend a certain amount of money to finance), but it was too heavy and not easy to use. Even though we only used it 3 times they couldn’t take it back because it was “used”. As a first time homeowner we didn’t know what we needed and relied on the sales team for their recommendations. Ah well. We will have to find a way to sell it ourselves because it is so difficult to use. Probably won’t return because we just don’t know enough to make these big decisions on our own

Barry my salesman was outstanding. They could provide me the equipment I needed. This is the place to buy your equipment whether a lawn tractor or heavy duty tractor plus accessories.
I had multiple poor experiences with parts and sales. Parts has a consistently poor and unfriendly demeanor. I was also not impressed with the lack of attention to detail with sales questions prior to a significant purchase. The product is good but the experiences have not been.
