Came a week ago to repair a tire they mentioned my need for new tires. I spoke with the owner got a fair price and scheduled an appointment for 9am Sharp. I arrived early today for my appointment and he told me the wait would be 45 min to start my car because someone else showed up before me. I told him I didn’t have a lot of time and that’s why I scheduled the appointment a week in advance. He apologized and asked me to stay I took my business elsewhere. It was very clear he didn’t even remember my appointment. Got a great quote 10 bucks cheaper for the exact same tire at Mighty Mikes on 41
The customer service is outstanding, I was a walk in and they were able to get me in and out within 30 minutes. They were friendly professional and the prices were great. I will be a returning customer.
Had them swap a tire and balance for me. Great price and great, quick service. They are located behind Hardings heavy equipment now.
