From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm, inviting, friendly and ready to assist. They made me feel comfortable and extremely at ease, especially since doing taxes is high anxiety for me. I forgot my mask, and the woman at the reception desk was kind and understanding and had an extra mask sealed and ready to go. My tax advisor, Stephanie was INCREDIBLE! Full of humor & compassion and a wide ranging breadth of knowledge, which left me leaving the office feeling confident & in-control of my taxes.
