The pizza is not as good as Homewood but it is decent enough compared to their competitors.
This is by far the BEST Aurelio's location. Excellent customer service, outstanding food quality. I've only had one issue with this place and it was fixed immediately. you guys rock keep it up!
Thanks to Christina for her friendly and professional service on the phone...my husband and I are celebrating our 3rd Anniversary today, and Aurelio's hit the spot! Excellent pizza, salad, wings, and they even sent some delicious chocolate chip cookies! A thousand thanks.
Pizza was not only cold (driver showed up without the pizza in an insulated bag) and overdone, but my husband had diarrhea within 30 min of eating it. When we called with our concern, instead of simply apologizing for our experience, the manager wanted to argue with us about (right off the bat) the science of how food poisoning works, instead of simply listening to our concern. They gave us a $20 credit, so what!! We spent over $30 including the tip. The credit doesn't change the bad experience with the pizza or customer service from the manager.
Thank you to the Aurelios staff for helping me pull together the funeral luncheon for my Dad at the last minute. Everyone was helpful and kind. The food was GREAT.
