Second time going to get my hair braided. Braids are neat and not tight. Customer Service is great, and was not in there all day. Definitely my new go to braid shop.
Appt was booked by phone for Saturday at 730am-as a first time customer. The employee insisted she had number from caller ID. I showed up for my appt, and another person is being serviced. She then tells me she called and I didnt confirm I show her my call history. NO call & NO voicemail from her. She then reads back my number incorrectly (like really). I told her u told me u had it off the caller ID. I had to call around for a new appt, but I found one. Too bad..some common professionalism could have corrected her error. I will not ever book with this business again..ud83eudd2cud83dude21
I'm not sure of her name, but she did an excellent job, I was so impressed with her skills & I like the fun environment!
Came in for knotless braids and was very satisfied with the results
Attitude stinks very unprofessional, the girl that was supposed to do my hair never showed up..I was very dissatisfied with the girl that braided my hair she's not a good stylist along with the stank attitude..I wish Rochelle was still there and send them far away...
