Same Day RV Repair

If I could give a negative 5 I would! Quoted a price of $860 for repairs to my camper and I agree to it but we both had to order parts and would do it next week. They said that since they were doing the work, they would put me up there in Mini Mountain RV Park and that sounded great.nTheir order came in and they wanted the money for the parts and went to pay them only to be handed a bill for $1450.49 (and wanting $959 right then before the work was STARTED), PLUS, they said they would reduce the campground rate to only $25 for the 5 nights I would be there so that was another $125 unexpectedly!nSo my repairs went from $860 to $1575.49 over night before ever starting!nPart of my work was to finish my solar installation but the tech spent a lot of time with the manufacturer talking about setup, wiring and additional parts. I told the tech, Zach, that I would not pay for a training course and especially at their exorbitant rate and he assured me he would work on it.nSo, $505.75 of my new bill was for the 4.25 hours @ $119 an hour (reduced rate) instead of $139 to supposedly give me a quote on repairs! I HAVE NEVER BEEN CHARGED TO GET AN ESTIMATE MUCHLESS NOT BEING TOLD UP FRONT! And it took so long cause the tech was having to learn what to do! THAT'S NOT MY FAULT!!! OR MY RESPONSIBILITY!nThe rude young guy that called himself the owner (yea, right) made me feel like I was being extorted!nBE VERY AWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS UNDER HANDED BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY! AND IF YOU DO, GET IT IN WRITING WITH NO EXCEPTIONS!CAUSE THEY OWE ME MONEY FOR THEIR EXTORTION!

Extremely dishonest people. They swindled me and other people as well. Dont deal with them, you'll be very sorry. They have a mobile service also. Be careful might be under various different business names but the same people.Same people for Mini Mountain Campground and rv repair. Location in Indy area also.

My wife and I were traveling cross country and developed some serous issues with our breaks on our 5th wheel toy hauler. We got our truck checked out, but rv breaks started to lock up. We were stranded in IN in the pouring rain until we called the owner Lincoln. He said just get to us in South Bend and we will do what we can to help. We did and April managed to get us a site on the spot! The rv techs, Will, Mike and Zack worked through several machinacal and electrical issues to 100 percent solve and fix our significant break and wiring issues! Being a retired Army CSM, it was so nice to see a team come together, care about us and not stop until the mission was complete!

Horrible people to deal with. They schedule service but do not show up or call. Bunch of deceitful people. They will not get any more business at lakeside resort.

We didn’t feel that the service that we had received and paid for was exactly what was explained to us by the owner. Nice people although our advice ask more questions ahead of time.nnRB
