They don't have sanitizer or a bathroom to wash your hands. After opening the same door everyone uses, they want you to eat food and not have a way to clean your hands. I just called 4 of my patients today to tell them they have covid. I am NOT sorry for the harsh review.
In my experience, I gathered it was quiet and cozy inside, yet customers would rather sit outside in the sun. The man who took my order was a bit slow, asking me what I ordered three times. I didn't mind that much, but as someone who is in a hurry I wouldn't put him at front. He was very friendly and kind and so was the other two who were working that day.
My chocolate covered strawberry frappuccino was delish!!!! Will be getting this again, that's for sure!
Staff is always friendly.
Overall the service and quality are fine. I took stars off for the following reasons. First I found out the hard way that this store is owned by the mall and not a corporate store. What that means is though your app will work here they will not let you redeem your rewards here. So my plans to have lunch then do work here have to change. Second there is no public WiFi available. If these are important to you stick to the store on Franklin or better yet support local and walk a little farther to Lakeshore Coffee which has great WiFi.
