Cordon Road Storage

didn't see this space to leave a comment before. LOL I love my new VERY CLEAN storage unit. It is secure and watched very well from what i can see. People in office are very nice and helpful. My ONLY complaint would be that i can't pay with my credit card. I do not have checks (most places won't take them) so I have to make special trip to get money order. My time is so limited that it is an inconvenience but it is also manageable. Thank you

Cordon road storage is not helpful or considerate of their customers, I have had nothing but terrible communication with them or should I say no communication. Check or money order only, Do not allow debit payments. If you bring cash they have no change so no change then they still charge you late fees. Today I got a message proof of rental insurance needs submitted today. No previous notice it was needed, I provided when I rented unit and it wasn’t expired. Who waits for last day to call and tell you this and your at work unable to leave. Good thing insurance could email it. I sent them a picture text and did I get a response of I got it thanks. Nope

The units are new, the grounds are clean and kept up and the location is great with easy access from Highway 22 and I-5. The office staff were helpful, personable, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that our experience was satisfactory. Looking forward to many good years of service here at Cordon Road Storage.

They are great at cordon ed storage. They dont overcharge and are very friendly and helpful.

I would not recommend Cordon storage, we used to have a 5x10 storage unit on the end units we started seeing mice poop in my unit we brought to management and they said there was nothing they could do. This storage company does not provide rodent poison to put in the storage units. I find this unacceptable practice and shows lake of care for tenants belongings.
