The management team at South Salem Mini Storage are really wonderful and have been so helpful to us during and after our move to this area as we found we had not downsized enough!nnMake no mistake, Harvey and Lorraine are running a business but they are friendly and thoughtful people.nnThe property itself is kept clean and the gates work efficiently which indicates to us they care.

Awesome! This is the only storage facility that I will ever use again!!! First of all, the couple that run this facility, also live at the facility & are extremely vigilant in their caretaker duties... This instilled confidence in my decision to store my belongings here right away .. this is a big deal to me considering a number of years ago at a different unrelated facility, I had my unit broken into & everything I owned stolen & never recovered.. Also, they are extremely meticulous in their upkeep of this place.. Not only is the whole facility absolutely clean & well-kept on the outside, my outside unit has been very well taken care of.. it's so clean, no weird smells or stains, & it has a functioning light with fairly high ceiling height.. also, I pulled a 30 foot enclosed cargo trailer with my SUV & found the aisles more than ample as far as room to maneuver my truck & trailer around in.. lastly, I just want to make sure that I tell you just how far out of the way this couple went on my behalf to not only get me a unit, but the exact size I needed... And, even though the office was closed for the Christmas holiday, they graciously allowed me to not only move in there, but they opened the office & they waited just for me until I got there! Now that is unbeatable customer service & pretty much tells you the kind of people that you're dealing with .. they went above & beyond just to help me out.. They are the nicest couple & I would never even think to go anywhere else, ever again!
