I ordered a medium pepperoni and sausage pizza and a 10 piece hot wing. Waited 20 minutes for my order that was confirmed done. It was on the shelf. The pizza was not cut, cold and hard, while the wings had sauce everywhere else instead of on the wings and they were cold, as well. This is the second time I've experienced this.
My 1 star review is for their terrible customer service in general and is based off several bad experiences; this location will mess up your order [on 2 seperate occasions they burned the pizza and on another 2 they didn't put sauce], frustrate your evening, and good luck trying to get them to make it right. What follows is our final bad experience.nnWe called to place a late night order and weren't able to get ahold of the kitchen to see if it was open [it was nearly closing time, they could be short staffed or busy] so we checked to see if we were able to place one online [we were and did]. We waited up an hour past their closing time for the delivery to show, it never did. I went in the next evening to speak to the manager and he said the kitchen closed at midnight due to the new Covid mandates. When I asked him why this wasn't communicated online, through google hours, or through their website he blamed corporate and generally showed he didn't care.
Great food always on time as stated best place to get the parmesan primavera and a chicken alfredo pizza
Always hot food and always on time. Drivers are always pleasant.
Really poor service... they canceled my order with out telling me anything... i was waiting for about 1 hour until I checked my order was canceled!!
