My husband is picky about his food & he was extremely satisfied with the Italian beef. Extremely stuffed full of beef/cheese & both taste so amazing. Ordered 6 large pizzas about $100 worth of food. All was good until we found a cricket in a bubble of our crust baked into it. I called back to the store and sent them a picture of the bug in the pizza. They apologized and said I would get a refund. Two weeks later I have received no refund. I called the store and finally talked to an owner who tells me he never heard of this. SInce it has been two weeks he won't give a refund. He then tells me I am a liar and it doesn't even look like there pizza. Then accuses us of eating the other 5 pizzas anyways so why should he refund our money. I would never eat here again just bases on them saying they would do something and they never did. Let alone the fact that we found a cricket baked into our pizza, sent them proof and were still called liars. If I could give zero stars thats what I would give them.

There pizza is the size of an omlete but the crust isn't grease or hard. I had Banana peps, bacon, sausage and it was AMAZING it wasnt just one flavor when u take a bite it was all flavors combined and omg would recommend

Very disappointed! Would not even give it one star if I had the option. I ordered from here with a group of friends. When the food came, our fries were cold and had barely been cooked. Our pizza was completely raw in the middle. I called to talk to them and they argued with me, put me on hold, and disconnected me. I called back and they told me they could send new pizzas but they would have to take all of the original pizza back and then hung up on me again. We spent over $100 dollars and barely ate any of the food. Spend your money elsewhere!

RAW PIZZA AND UNCOOKED FRIESnnWish I could leave a zero star review!! We ordered four 16” pizzas and four orders of fries, they arrived about 1/2 hour late which was not that big of a deal, we’re all pretty flexible. But as we opened the fries they were barely warm which we get we had it delivered and expected things to not be perfect but each box was just a blob of greasy uncooked fries. So we said let’s move on, we stuck them in the oven and figured we would just take care of it.nnNext I headed over to dig into the pizza, but I could not get it to come off of the cardboard, again figured hey it’s been delivered it’s not going to be like getting it at the restaurant went to the next one to grab a slice and the same thing, so grabbed a fork and moved on sat down and took the first bite and was RAW.nnSo we decided we would call, just to express our disappointment, the person who answered the phone started to argue with us and say that the fries are bound to be soggy with delivery. We tried to explain we understood that but that these were not cooked, they said please hold like they might get a manager but then we were disconnected. So we waited a little while to see if they would call us back, they did not so we called again, same person answered the phone and again started to argue with us, when we tried to again explain we knew the difference between soggy and uncooked they just hung up on us. We spent $114 including tip, this is not an acceptable way to run a business!!nnI personally worked fast food for 10 years and in restaurants for at least five more and have never been treated so poorly. What an awful way to treat your customers!!
