Big R Stores - Santa Fe

I love this store... from carhartt on sale to a pistol I thought I'd never find, this big R is the best! Can't wait to do more business with them!

I can’t say enough good things about Big R in Santa Fe! I purchased a firearm from them and as I was waiting for my background check to clear an emergency came up and I had to use the money I had set aside for it so I figured I wouldn’t be able to get it but I talked to John and he held it for me for a whole two weeks until I got paid again. This goes far and above just great customer service this was outstanding customer service!!! And honestly every time I go to Big R I’m greeted with kindness and they always help me with whatever I need. John if you read this review I want to personally thank you very much! And you deserve a customer service award or something like that because you are a great guy!

I'm worried about the well being of the cashiers there!! Every store I have gone to INCLUDING Dollar Tree has some type of p,astic shield up for PROTECTION !! Big R DID NOT! Their cashiers are great and helpful and nice! I think the company should care more and put some up! That's the ONLY reason I gave 2 stars overall it's a great store. Please protect a care about your employees they're doing a great job and risking themselves every day to help us their customers.

Usually have a good experience but last time I went to the store I found a item at a good price, took it to the register when it got scanned it came out as another price... and I was denied price on the tag. Never had that problem anywhere else in my life was very disappointed and somewhat insulted. how do they not honor the price on their tags?

Wish I would've had a better customer service experience in Sporting Goods.
