Really awesome service and jewelry created. I worked with Marc to get three items made: an engagement ring and two wedding bands. The process from start to finish was smooth and professional. I really appreciated that they weren’t pushy and you can tell they really care about the craft and making sure you get what you want. This is my wife's account but I'm writing a review from a husbands perspective as I had the experience in making this ring happen! Marc was very easy to deal with. I had a design in mind and he added to it to make it perfect! He convinced me to put in features that I thought I was against but after seeing the work, very glad I was wrong. He and his team also got it finished from walk in to walk out in under 2 weeks! The wife is beyond happy and, so , that makes me happy and a hero. I see now why Reflective Jewelry is so highly regarded. My fiancé and I had such a fantastic experience, and I can't recommend them enough. We only had a vague idea of designs for our wedding bands, and the salesperson was so informed and helped guide our decision-making process. I love the designs that they created for us! In addition, it was so meaningful to opt for fair trade gold for these lifelong pieces—that was such a huge bonus. (Side note, I really appreciate how respectful the salesperson was of our safety during COVID. Very courteous and professional.)

What an amazing group of artisans! I purchased the Mountain Lion pendant for a beloved as a birthday gift. It was perfect! Marc gave me guidance on whether to order the pendant with a sterling silver link chain or adjustable leather cord. He was spot on about the leather cord having a more organic feel and the quality of the cord did not disappoint. I love the use of repurposed metal to create this piece! This gift was well received. I will be watching for a ring (for myself...) to match the pendant. Thank you again!
