Had appointment with Jennifer to purchase car on Saturday morning drove all the way from Michigan to Indiana. When I arrived she never came out to great me as I was walking around lot to locate car. I went in and introduced myself and she informed me car was sold the prior day. She had my # and new I was coming to buy car but never showed the common courtesy to call the day it was sold or the morning she new I was coming. After such poor communication I will never return to this dealership..shame on you Jennifer for letting me drive hours to find car was sold.nnJennifer you never asked me to call your dealership the night before. Matter of fact we confirmed you had my # In case car was sold you would call me. Which never happened!!
The guys in there will do anything to get you into the car you want. Great people.
This was a great experience. Jennifer was super helpful. The car drove well and it was priced really well compared to other similar cars I had found. I hope they continue to do well.
I was very excited for purchasing my 2014 Chevy Cruze LT, until the issues. I had to replace a tire, the coolant reservoir due to it being cracked and today my front rotors and break pads due to the pads being worn and the rotors warped. I purchased it between July and August and had to put a little over $500 into it
Frank had Jennifer were awesome and very helpful. they're very upfront about their cars and don't try to hide anything. Their vehicles are all priced very well and they stay true to their word. very highly recommend Michigan City Auto and would buy from them again!
