I bought my car from Uptown two years ago. I have since moved to Indy. I'm not the best with cars, in general, so I took it in for service for what I thought was a small issue, but turns out it is bigger than I can afford. Anyway, I didn't have access to my paperwork so I called Doug at Uptown to see if he had the information, and he did. Not only that, he reminded me I did pay for the extended warranty if I needed it AND he helped me figure out which dealership down here to take it to for work. I'm so freaking grateful and I just want to say if you need a used car, Uptown is the place to go, because they don't stop helping you when you drive off the lot!
