Want to have the easiest most stress free car buying experience? Go to Castle Ford/Lincoln in Michigan City Indiana. Our salesman, Terry Morse is the best salesperson my wife and I have ever dealt with. Very pleasant to talk with. Ask for Terry. I have purchased many cars in the past and know the games dealers play. None of that occurred here. I knew the amount I wanted to pay along with the amount I wanted to get for my trade in. Not only did they come back with the amounts I wanted, but also told me about a rebate I qualified for that I wasn't even aware of. Very honest dealership. I will be buying from Castle again. Thanks Terry and Trace. You guys are the best.

Maxine can barely speak English and doesn't have any knowledge of any of the vehicles on the lot. She claims the system was down then wouldn't let me speak to someone else for information. I will go elsewhere to a more knowledgeable and professional speaking staff.

Castle Ford in Michigan City Indiana was awesome. I bought a car there in March and the car has been great so far. The salesman Burke( I think that's his name) was great and informative. It was by far my best car buying experience thus far. They even threw in a couple of free oil changes.
