I was texted by a guy named Carlos about trading in my Mini Cooper. He asked for pictures, mileage, and what I wanted for it. He acted as if my asking price was totally doable and had me drive an hour away to do a trade in. When I got there, I was informed that they decided the car was worth $3,000 dollars less than they originally acted like was possible before I drove all the way there and wasted my Saturday. I felt like I was lied to, and when I voiced this they acted as if that wasn’t the case at all and basically gaslighted me about the situation while it was happening. Ridiculous, I will never use their service or reccomend them to anyone, and will in fact be warning all my friends and family members to never do business with these people because they are shady, gaslighting liars.
