Bosak Honda Michigan City

Had my Honda Passport serviced at Bosak yesterday. Plus I needed a couple other things done. Carrie answered the phone when I called to make the appt and she was really helpful and pleasant. Then I spoke with Alex in the service dept and he was great. When I checked in and out Dana took care of me and she was just super! Then I was escorted out to my car by a young lady who wiped the car down to keep me safe. It was an overall great experience. I highly recommend these wonderful folks. All very professional and very pleasant!

We came to Bosak and worked with Don McCarty and bought our first Honda Pilot 3 yrs ago along with our daughter and son in law also buying one, it was the best car ever! The service dept Team is wonderful as well with Alex G and Dana!nOur son has purchased a civic then a crosstour, both great vehicles. Now, decided to trade in for a 2017 Pilot Touring and looking forward to another great experience! I can’t say enough good things about this place. Very friendly service. We bought one of our cars there - great experience and love the car. We are taking two cars for service here. I trust them, they only do what is needed, they don’t invent problems. I always get a ride home, so I don’t need to wait there. Service is always finished on time and they pick me up from home to get the car. Above and beyond!!

During a visit to see my mom in Michigan City, I had some front end work done on my car by a shop in town and was also given a $600+ estimate for brake pads and rotors on all 4 wheels. On 11/03, I called this same auto shop to get a possible appointment and multiple estimates, one for brake pads/new rotors and an estimate for brake pads/maintenance of rotors. The tech who answered the phone started asking me about every aspect of the braking system on my car which was condescending and made me very uncomfortable. The technician said that it would be better if I bring the car to the shop to get the estimate and or approximate cost of the repairs. On 11/04 after talking with a family member, I decided to call Bosak Honda to get an estimate for new brake pads and an appointment for an inspection. Jordan (Service Advisor) gave me multiple estimates with no problems for brake repair on my Honda Accord. She was very professional, thorough and patient! An appointment was made for the next day. The service technicians and manager discovered that I did not need new brake pads or rotors and my brake system was in great shape. After the initial shock, I was able to get other important maintenance issues taken care of and save $200+. Additionally, after the repairs were completed, the cashier went the extra mile to let me know that customer retention is also top priority when it comes to their customers. The Service Team at Bosak is very professional, considerate and caring...you guys made my day and gained a customer!! Thank you!!

It was a pleasure doing business with Bosak. Car buying can be very stressful! From the moment I walked in I felt at ease. There were smiling faces in every direction. Trevor was great! He helped me get just what I wanted and made sure we were able to work within my budget. As a single mom, shopping alone, I was a bit nervous. But Trevor made sure I was informed and didn’t pressure me at all. I felt like I was in good hands. It was actually an enjoyable experience and that was not what I expected. Rachel the Finance Manager was really easy going and friendly. She was a total pro. I highly recommend shopping with the team at Bosak. They really exceeded my expectations. Keep up the good work!
