I always feel confident when I bring in my little 2008 Chevy Cobalt to Bosak Chevrolet that I will get great service. The service staff (I deal with Cameron and Tim) are always friendly, helpful and explain the service about to be performed in clear, understandable language that a non-car person like myself can understand. They answer my questions in an honest, straightforward manner, address my concerns and go the extra mile to assure that my car is running properly. I feel valued and respected whenever I bring my car in and that is why I will continue to do so.
I bought my first brand new vehicle from this dealer and it was a wonderful experience. Leo was able to find me the right vehicle to fit my needs and Kirk was able to get me an amazing APR through GM financing. All these guys stayed over hours after the dealer closed to make sure I left satisfied in my new vehicle. I would highly recommend doing business with them.
We went in looking for specific wants and they did not disappoint !!! Although it was a bit above my desired payment amount after talking with the General Manager he helped me realize that in the long run it was well worth the little bit more since I got my specific wants plus so much more!!! The staff was very friendly and attentive and i am extremely happy with my purchase!!! Would highly recommend Bosak Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new vehicle!!!
Good place to deal with. Every time I come here I'm in and out wait times not over an hour. And they explain everything you need before they do the work unlike other shops. I will keep coming back!!!!!
Very professional. I wasn't excited about the pricing for a diagnostic, but I suppose if you want it done well, this is to be expected. Staff are great, decent coffee, clean, knowledgeable. If you've had an issue with free and false diagnostic on your vehicle, here's your stop.
