After owning two Subaru Foresters that I loved and drove until they had 250,000 miles, I found my third online at a dealership not too far from home. Upon arrival at the dealership, several very salesmen-like people approached me but luckily I had scheduled an appointment online with their sales person, Liz. Upon meeting Liz, I knew that she was interested in helping me with why I was there and not just in making a sale or up-selling a different car. Liz was accommodating to my young kids who had to come with...she gave them presents, which they loved. After we drove the car, I decided to buy it. Liz was very helpful in negotiating a lower price and eased the anxiety of buying a car. She was very authentic. The car had an issue with the brakes and she helped to get that fixed through the dealership too....and fixed me up with a loaner from the dealership. I will definitely look for Liz when I am ready to get my next Subaru (:
