Called and asked young man if they carried paraffin wax he asked what it was I told him again and he said I will find out. Well after 11 minutes on phone I finally hung up. I called back and a young lady asked what I was looking for. I told her and she never heard of it. She said I will ask someone. She never returned. Finally another lady picked up the phone and she said she would ask someone if they carried it, then she hung up on me. The staff does not know their products.

The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. This store has fair prices on a wide range of products. The drive thru pharmacy is great.

I went through the outside lane of the drive up during the pandemic to pick up some prescriptions. After waiting 30 minutes the pharmacist tells me to go to the other lane or come inside because the medicine won't fit in the tube. I explained that I had been in line for 30 minutes and I should not have to come in. The pharmacist criticised me for being in the wrong lane. I found out he is a temporary employee by the name of Rick. He does not care about customer service and I will never spend another penny in Walgreens after shopping there all my life! Good job Rick!

Michael the pharmacist here on Richards gives excellent customer service. Michael is very curteous, and knowledgeable on my medications. I've been a customer l9 years since I relocated from Albuquerque.

Went there to get passport pictures. Waited for 10 minutes, while the guy responsible enjoyed a chat with a friend. Poor girl from the register had to jump to help me. And she was very friendly but had no idea. Pictures were not accepted cause she whitened background by hand.
